I was tasked with creating a new organizational chart for the growing Career Services Department. I created a new chart keeping in mind that additional career coaches may be hired and leaving room for that. I wanted the chart to have a clearer hierarchy, be easier to navigate, and more readable. I also edited all the images to be more consistent with less startling contrast.
